As we enter our 100th season we also will be entering a new era with the addition of Traci Ross as the Executive Director of FLC! Traci will oversee the full business at FLC including oversight of summer camp and our growing event rentals business. As the FLC business has expanded tremendously over the past 15 years the need for a leader to support our 6 full year employees and continuing growth is critical to making sure FLC remains the best place in the world for campers to spend their summers.

For more than 20 years Traci has been leading nonprofit organizations focused on supporting children and families. Most recently she has been the President and CEO of Family Services Inc. of Forsyth in North Carolina. Prior to that Traci worked locally as the Executive Director of the Learning Employment Assistance Partnership in Fort Edward (L.E.A.P.).

Traci’s amazing experience working with families in our area immediately stood out to us in our conversations with her as did her incredible love for the Adirondacks. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Traci to the FLC family starting on 1/1/25.

Traci is local to the area and lives with her husband in Hudson Falls, NY.
