Check-in and Check-out information
Families are welcome to check-in between 3pm and 5pm on August 12th in our Welcome Pavilion. Please allow until then to arrive at camp as we will be turning over camp following the close of our children’s summer camp the previous day.
Check-out is noon on the following Friday.
Our traditional stone and log cabins have between 6-14 beds and all have their own bathrooms. All meals will be in our mess hall or BBQ area, with a buffet style breakfast and lunch, and a family style dinner.
We can also accommodate reasonably sized family reunions and multi-family gatherings who want to attend family camp together. We will arrange for all to be in cabins close by. Group rates are available – please call for more details. Specific cabin requests will be granted on a first-come first-served basis.

- Rates are for the full week and include accommodations, all meals, and activities (see below for additional options that are subject to extra charges)
- PLEASE NOTE: the minimum cost per cabin is $2,800. If your family does not meet the minimum requirement in tuition and you are not sharing a cabin with another family, your tuition will be adjusted and your invoice will show $2,800 for your total cost excluding additional options.
- A group discount rate is available for shared cabin rentals with multiple families. Each family must consist of a minimum of 2 individuals. Cabins shared by two or three families will have a 10% discount on tuition. Cabins shared by four or more families will have a 20% discount on tuition.

Cost per Child – (6-15) $895
Cost per Young Child – (3-5) $695 (Children 2 and under are FREE)
