Health Services at FLC
At Forest Lake Family Camp we take the health and safety of your family extremely seriously. Should a member of your family accidentally get injured or become ill, we have an 8-bed infirmary with a doctor on site 24 hours a day. The doctor will be in the infirmary during posted hours and is on-call at all other times.
In general, adult campers are responsible for administration of medication to themselves and their children. FLFC maintains small quantities of medication and medical supplies for use by campers until they can purchase their own. The infirmary does have a refrigerator available for medications that need cold storage.
For more serious ailments there is a full service health center 10 minutes away and a hospital about 25 minutes away.
