What is your name?  My name is Indira Brou.

Where are you from?  I am from the United States.

How long have you been coming to Forest Lake Camp? I have been coming to FLC for 2 summers.

What is your favorite activity at FLC? My favorite activity at FLC is our cabin overnight camping trips.  This was my favorite activity because it gave me the opportunity to be closer to my cabin mates.

What would you say to someone coming to camp for the first time?  I would say that FLC is a wonderful sleep away camp experience with many activities and a place to make lasting friendships. 

What do you enjoy most about camp? What I enjoy most about camp is being surrounded by nature.  

What is one of your favorite memories from camp? One of my favorite memories is from two summers ago when I met my first camp friend, who is now one of my closest friends. 

What are you most looking forward to about summer 2018?  I am really looking forward to being a senior and living in a senior cabin this coming summer!

What is your name?  My name is Inkosi Brou.

Where are you from?  I was born in Maryland and now live in CT with my family.

How long have you been coming to Forest Lake Camp? I have been going to FLC for 2 summers.

What is your favorite activity at FLC? I really like street hockey.  I like it because I really like going the whole “rink” without the puck being stolen from me. 

What would you say to someone coming to camp for the first time?  I would tell them to try it out and that they won’t regret it and they may even go back the next summer.

What do you enjoy most about camp? I enjoy the fact that you get to take a break from school and take a refreshing “vacation” in the mountains.  

What is one of your favorite memories from camp? One of my favorite memories was when I was “Camper of the Week!”

What are you most looking forward to about summer 2018?  I look forward to moving up a cabin after 2 summers in Cabin (6) Blue Spruce.

FLC has changed our children and family’s life forever.  Our children talk about camp year round and are excited to go every summer.  They are willing to take on risks and have a newfound appreciation for life.Ije Achy-Brou (FLC Mother)
