FLC decides to offer a 2-week session in August for Summer 2017

We are excited to announce that we have decided to offer our August short Session (2- weeks) again for summer 2017. We offered this session option to our camper families for the first time last summer and were very pleased with the success of the program. We will still continue to offer our June Short Session, but since this session begins at the beginning of the summer not all new families, who are interested in a shorter session, can take advantage of this offering. Our August Short Session offers an introductory experience for new campers during our 2nd Session. One big advantage of our August Short Session is it takes place during our 2nd Session, which is only 3 weeks in length, so new campers who might want to extend for a full session would only need to extend their stay for 1 extra week – for a new camper family this is a much easier leap of faith. Although space is still available in this session spots are very limited.

Two Week Session Overview:

Our introductory 2 week short session is a perfect way to begin your FLC experience. This session is very popular for younger first time campers. We have two,  two-week session; one from June 25th – July 8th and the other from July 22nd – August 5th. Both  session begins with an orientation, which helps campers settle in and become familiar with the traditions at FLC. During the two-weeks campers will have an opportunity to experience many of our traditional activities at FLC. At the end of the session if campers would like, they have the option to extend their stay if space permits. We only allow a limited number of 2-week enrollments each summer – so don’t wait.
