What is your name? David Harbeck

Where are you from? I am from New Jersey

What activities will you be involved in this summer? What excites you about this?
I will be instructing basketball, baseball, hiking, football, and basically helping around any activity that I can. I am really excited to start teaching sports at the camp where I learned to become a better athlete myself.

What three words best describe you? Adventurous, outgoing, and humorous

If you could be any kind of food, what kind would you be and why? I would definitely be a potato, because they are delicious and very diverse. A potato can be used in many different ways and be yummy every time.

If you could have any kind of super power, what would your super power be and why?
I would be able to teleport, so that I can visit everywhere in the world in a year and then just keep going back to my favorite places over and over again.

What about coming to FLC are you most excited about? After being a camper for 4 years at FLC, I can’t wait to make my return! I am excited to see the new mess hall and recreational centers, and connect with all the campers and my fellow counselors! Also I plan to bring the red team back to glory in the color wars.

What is your name? My name is Emily Brew 

Where are you from? I am from Westchester, NY

What activities will you be involved in this summer? What excites you about this? This summer I will be involved with virtually every sport!! (Though my favorites are soccer and lacrosse). I am most excited to share my love for FLC and the amazing opportunities this camp has to offer with all the campers.

What three words best describe you?  I am best described as friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic!

If you could be any kind of food, what kind would you be and why? If I were to be a food I would be ice cream because everybody loves ice cream.

If you could have any kind of super power, what would your super power be and why? If I could have any superpower I would wish for the ability to fly because I would be able to travel wherever and whenever I wanted to. 

What about coming to FLC are you most excited about?  I am most excited to return to the risk inviting atmosphere at FLC. This summer will be my 6th at FLC and I couldn’t be more excited!!

What is your name? My name is Sadie Macklem

Where are you from? I’m from Malvern, Pennsylvania, right outside of Philadelphia 

What activities will you be involved in this summer? What excites you about this? If not in the music room, I’ll be helping with dancing, creative writing, volleyball, and assisting in other activities. 

What three words best describe you? Friendly, fun, creative

What are you most excited to share with your campers this Summer? I’m excited to share my love for music and writing with everyone, but I’m most excited about sharing my friendship bracelet making skills! (I hope to have my wrist covered with bracelets by the end of the summer!)

If you could be any kind of food, what kind would you be and Why? If I could be a kind of food… I would probably be an avocado because it’s one of my favorite foods. 

If you could have any kind of super power, what would your super power be and why? I’ve always wanted to be able to bend all four elements like in Avatar, because then I could basically do anything!

What about coming to FLC are you most excited about? I’m most excited to make new friends and reunite with the old ones. 

How many summers have you been coming to FLC? This would be my eighth year coming to FLC, but my first year as a counselor. I’m excited to see you all!

Where are you from? I’m from Paris, France

What activities will you be involved in this summer? What excites you about this? I’ll be involved in tennis mainly but I hope I’ll be playing some soccer and rugby!!

What three words best describe you? Funny, Sporty, Frenchy

What are you most excited to share with your campers this Summer? The FLC spirit is the thing I’m the most excited to share with campers!!

If you could be any kind of food, what kind would you be and Why? Meat, because it looks good, it tastes good and it’s basically very french too.

If you could have any kind of super power, what would your super power be and why?  Super memory!! To memorize everything I see!!

What about coming to FLC are you most excited about? Coming back home!

How many summers have you been coming to FLC? This will be my seventh summer, but first as a counselor.
