Scholarships

At FLC we have been working hard for 90+ years to enrich the lives of boys and girls by providing a safe, nurturing, friendly environment. Working together, the leadership team at Forest Lake Camp work hard to provide financial assistance to families who may not otherwise be able to realize the Forest Lake Camp experience for their child.

Our Scholarship fund was established in memory of Ollie Van Cise, a highly respected member of FLC for an uninterrupted tenure of thirty years. The Scholarship Fund is open to all prospective families based on need with special attention paid to current families and alum families of FLC. Read more about about Ollie Van Cise here.

It is important to know that at this time we are unable to provide full scholarships. You should plan on being responsible for the majority of tuition cost yourself. While we are working hard to increase the scholarship fund, our most common scholarship reward is between $300 and $1500 maximum. Therefore, if Forest Lake Camp is well above your means, it simply might not be the best choice of camp for you at this time. Otherwise, we hope your family will become part of ours and we welcome you to fill out our application form.
