2025 Rates and Dates

Check-in and Check-out information

Families are welcome to check-in between 3pm and 5pm on August 16th in our Welcome Pavilion. Please allow until then to arrive at camp as we will be turning over camp following the close of our children’s summer camp the previous day.

Check-out is noon on the following Friday.

Our Facilities

Our traditional stone and log cabins have between 6-14 beds and all have their own bathrooms. Tents in ‘Tent City’ are also available to rent for families for a discounted price – please inquire for more information regarding renting tents.

All meals will be in our mess hall or BBQ area, with a buffet style breakfast and lunch, and a family style dinner.

Additional Information

We can also accommodate reasonably sized family reunions and multi-family gatherings who want to attend family camp together. We will arrange for all to be in cabins close by. Group rates are available – please call for more details. Specific cabin requests will be granted on a first-come first-served basis.

Rates

• Rates are for the full week and include accommodations, all meals, and activities (see below for additional options that are subject to extra charges)
• PLEASE NOTE: there is a minimum of 3 paying guests per family.
• A group discount rate is available for shared cabin rentals with multiple families. Each family must consist of a minimum of 3 individuals. Cabins shared by two or three families will have a 10% discount on tuition.

Cost per Adult – (16+) $1195
Cost per Child – (6-15) $995
Cost per Young Child – (3-5) $795 (Children 2 and under are FREE)

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Family Camp tuition is fully refundable with cancellation by January 15th, 2025; it is refundable less the deposit with cancellation by May 1st, 2025. Tuition and deposit are non-refundable after May 1st, 2024. No refunds granted for late arrival or early departure.
