Forest Lake Camp Payment Protection Plan
Forest Lake’s Tuition Protection Plan is in place to protect your investment in your child’s summer in case there are unexpected changes to your family’s plans as the summer approaches. The FLC Tuition Protection Plan allows for a FULL refund of your tuition payments if you have to withdraw your enrollment for ANY reason prior to the start of camp.
What is Covered?
- Withdrawal of enrollment for ANY reason including change of mind:100% of total tuition, activity and transportation fees paid, less any credit card fees, late tuition payment fees, fees owed from prior years and t-shirt costs if the t-shirt was previously shipped PROVIDED camp is notified of the withdrawal by 9:00 am on the day prior to the scheduled arrival date.
How much does it cost?
- 6% of gross tuition, before application of any discounts.
In order to take part of Forest Lake Camp’s Tuition Protection Plan, you must elect and pay for the plan prior to January 15th OR if enrollment is after January 15th, at the time of enrollment. All payments must be paid via credit card. No applications can be accepted if received after January 15th of the camp year unless paid at the time of enrollment. Coverage ceases at 9:00 am on the day prior to your child’s arrival at camp.
What Is Excluded?
Note that the Plan does not cover extraordinary circumstances where FLC has to suspend operation or terminate a session early for any reason. The Plan only applies to circumstances existing for each individual family enrolled.
How are refunds processed?
All refunds that have been confirmed by the Camp Directors will be processed within 48 hours and paid via check.
How do I sign up?
To take advantage of the Protection Plan, simply check the box on the online form when enrolling your camper. Your credit card will be charged upon enrollment. If you have already enrolled your camper but would like to add the Protection Plan, please send an email to [email protected] with your camper’s name and let us know that you would like add in the option. We’ll be happy to take care of adding in the changes for you!
